Tom has a passion to inspire young men to be Christ-centered in their purpose, motivation, and conviction for their roles as men in relationships, marriage, family, career, and community.

 

Tom Flynn has been involved with Heritage Christian School for over two decades as a parent first and then serving many other roles including Board of Director, Board Officer, Board Spiritual Formation Committee Chairman, and founder and coach of the Men’s Lacrosse program. Beginning in 2013, Tom wanted to move his impact beyond the after-school activities and became the Men’s Discipleship Leader at Heritage.

 

Tom continues to meet with alumni and others guiding them in their walk with God. Long-time friend and player for Tom, Luke Warner ’15, talked to us about their relationship saying, “[Tom Flynn] was born to impact others… he has really encouraged me in my faith and I am so excited he is able to continue to do what he loves, which is to pour into these kids.”

 

Tom’s impact can vary from a simple “How are you” to a deep discussion about faith, relationships, and family.
